How to write a successful ERC proposal (7 October 2015)
22.9.2015 We are pleased to invite you to a workshop on preparation of ERC grant proposals hold by the international ERC expert, Gavin Thomson.
The event will take place on 7 October 2015.
The morning session (9.00–12.00) is open for all researchers who plan to apply for ERC grants in future. First, successful ERC grant holder Pavel Plevka (CEITEC MU) will present his experience with the ERC grant application process. After, the ERC expert Gavin Thomson will offer practical advice concerning the ERC proposal preparation.
In the afternoon, the workshop will be followed by individual consultations with Mr. Gavin Thomson (from 13.00 until 16.00). The consultations are intended for scientists who plan to apply for the ERC grant in the current Starting and Consolidator calls. The researchers who want to attend individual consultations have to register for the event and send draft version of part B1 of the project proposal form by 4 October to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The workshop and the consultations will be in English language.
